Prices, check-in and check-out: The prices are indicated
per apartment per week. The apartment is rented only for whole weeks,
from Saturday to Saturday. In any case, don't hesitate to request a
personal offer that, whenever possible, will take into account your special requirements.
All prices include: VAT, outdoor parking, ski/boot storage area, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection Final room cleaning: 40 Euro’s, except additional cleaning
The prices do NOT include the local tourist tax of Euro 1,00 per person (over 12 years old) per day. The tourist tax must be paid in cash.
The apartment is available
from 4PM on the day of arrival
until 10AM on the day of departure.
The check-in is possible between 4PM and 8PM (we kindly ask our guests to inform us in advance, if the check-in is planned outside this time window). Upon departure, guests are kindly asked to leave their apartment clean and tidy. Whenever extra cleaning is required, the management has the right to apply additional charges.
Booking and cancellation policy: The booking is considered binding only after the payment of the deposit equal to 30% of the entire price of your stay. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. Please transfer the deposit to the following bank account:

Cancellation policy: - up to 30 days before arrival: deposit will be retained as cancellation fee;
- from 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged;
- from 14 to 3 days before arrival: 80% of the total price will be charged;
- less than 3 days before arrival or no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
Payment modes and staying policies: The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways: - in cash, for amounts up to 1.999,99 Euros; - by bank transfer (in this case, the entire payment for your stay has to be transferred before your arrival); - by credit card (VISA, Maestro, Mastercard, Euro Card) and/or debit card; In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.
Smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment. Guests are asked to inform the owners about visitors.
During your stay, we reserve one's right to enter the apartment for inspection purposes. Pets are NOT allowed in the apartment. Travel insurance: We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.
